What should I wear when visiting my Club?

We are always happy to see our members and guests; however we request that your appearance be clean, tidy and respectful at all times.  Click here for more information on what is not acceptable for entry to Richmond Club.

Why do non-members need to show ID with an address?
Identification is needed to prove where they live. Under the registered Clubs Act anyone residing within a 5 km radius of a registered club needs to be a member in order to enter the Club.

Members can sign guests in, however the guest needs to show proof of identity and residency.

Anyone living more than 5 km from a Club is granted temporary membership status for their visit and must show proof of identity.

Can we bring our own food to the Club?
No.
Excepting infants and those with medical conditions, food cannot be brought into the club to be consumed on the premises. Please check with Reception if you have further concerns.

Birthday cakes may be brought onto premises if you have booked a party function in Arcadia Party Zone rooms. Please note Arcadia Entertainment is a nut-free area.

What are the gluten-free options at Villaggio?
Villaggio offers many gluten free options such as pizza bases, gluten free penne pasta, and risottos can also be made gluten free.

As for main meals there is options of Salmon, Barramundi, lamb cutlets, Pork chops, and 3 types of steaks that are gluten free. These options come with a choice of 2 sides with the gluten free options being mash, salad, and vegetables. With these main a gluten free mushroom sauce is also available.

Do I need to book a table for a group at the Villaggio bistro restaurant?
We advise if you have a group of 8 or more people to book a table at Villaggio on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, as these nights are very popular with diners.  Please call 4578 1144 to reserve your table. You can also submit bookings online here

What time can children stay at the club until?
Children under 18 years of age must be off premises by 10pm every night – this includes the Arcadia Entertainment zone. All children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. They are not allowed to approach a liquor bar area or the gaming floor. Please observe any signage regarding restricted areas, or ask any of our staff if in doubt.

Do members get any special offers for their birthday?
Yes.
We like to wish our members a happy birthday and to help celebrate, we give them a special offers that can be redeemed during their birthday month. Members receive an SMS at the beginning of the month as a reminder. So make sure your details are up-to-date on our database to ensure you get your reminder text.

Members receive a free birthday meal at Villaggio Richmond Club during their birthday month. Just swipe your members card at our kiosk and you will receive a voucher.

Do I have to be at the club to win prizes?
Yes.
Unless otherwise stated in individual terms and conditions, eligible members who enter competitions, draws, promotions, lotteries, games of chance or raffles operated by the Group, must be present at the venue at the time of the draw, to have a chance to win and claim prizes. Winners must produce identification and be current financial members.

Under government legislation, clubs are required to have registered trade promotion lottery permits. You can check these at any time at the Service NSW public register page or view a copy of promotion T&Cs at our reception desk.

How do I make a booking at the club’s Wanderest Travellers Park?
Bookings can be made directly with reception in person from 10am to 10pm seven days a week, or via phone 4578 1144. We unfortunately cannot take email or website bookings at this time. Details here

What time is check-in at Wanderest Travellers Park?
Both check-in and check-out time at our members’ travellers park is 10am. Travellers do this through our main club reception desk. You can check our full terms and conditions on the Wanderest page

Where can I get RSA and RCG training?
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) registered certificate courses are held by the Centre for Training. Contact Centre for Training on 9499 3737 or 0404 585 096 to find a course in the Hawkesbury.
