Function Facilities & Room Hire
Richmond Club are proud to assist in holding functions of wide varieties in an environment suitable for your needs. We hold functions for all suitable occasions such as birthdays, engagements, weddings, wakes, cooperate functions, seminars, exhibitions and meetings. On offer for these functions and more, we have suitable facilities for 30-300 guests.
The facilities on offer are as follows:
Hawkesbury Rooms 1, 2 & 3 are suitable for 100 guests per room. Should you wish to hold a function with a large amount of guests, these rooms may be opened up to accommodate 300 guests. These rooms cost $165 each.
Benson’s Function Lounge is suitable for up to 120 guests with a private bar. This function room costs $110 per day.
When you hire out any of these function rooms, included with these rooms is the set up of the room and any of the following equipment for no further cost: screen, whiteboard, microphone, lecturn and TV/DVD. Should you wish, you may also hire a data projector for $50 per day.
