The successful operation of the Club is largely dependent on the quality of its staff and the attributes they display; diligence, honesty, courtesy, reliability, co-operation are all attributes the Club seeks in its staff.

 The Club places considerable emphasis on staff training and development and the general well-being of its staff. This is evidenced by the number of staff who commenced their careers at the Club and are now achieving their ambitions by assuming greater responsibility, using different skills and demonstrating leadership in new positions.

 Richmond Club offers members and guests an extensive range of catering, beverage and entertainment facilities. Each staff member is responsible for ensuring an up to date knowledge of what’s on in the Club and promoting these activities to our members and their guests.
