Do my points expire each year?
All bonus points will expire each year June 30 unless otherwise advertised.
What will happen to my Rich Rewards Points?
Your Rich Rewards points remain the same, but are now called Legacy Star Rewards points.
Can I go up a level anytime?
Tiers will be reviewed on the first working day in March and September each year and members will be moved between tiers according to their Legacy Star points earned in the prior 6 month period.
A member can move up to the next tier level on the 15th of the month or the first working day after the 15th and remain in that tier for the remainder of the qualification period if the required number of Legacy Star points have been earned.
How do I know which level I am in?
When you swipe your card at the member’s swipe machine, your tier level will show on the screen, you may also find out your tier level at reception and at any POS terminal.
When will be the first additional point allocation and level promotion?
The first additional point allocation and level promotion will occur in October 2010.
When do I drop a level?
Each members eligibility is reviewed on the first working day in March and September each year. Between these months your level will be maintained, you will not drop a level.
How much are my points worth and what is my minimum spend on redemptions?
One Legacy Star point equals one cent in value i.e. 1 pt = $0.01. The minimum point’s redemption for internal use is 100 Legacy Star points and for Richmond Club vouchers is 500 Legacy Star points.
Can I opt out of Legacy Star Rewards?
Yes. Your card will still gain you access into the Club and you will be eligible for membership draws however you willnot be eligible for all promotions draws and benefits.
